Softcover, bound in stapled gold & red wraps, titled with a line drawing illustration in black on the front cover. The covers are slightly creased with a couple of scratches to the front cover. 66 & [10] pages, including the covers, with color and black & white illustrations. Very good. The original program for the Saturday Evening, April 22, 1995 performance of Giacomo Puccini's "Madama Butterfly" at the Metropolitan Opera under the baton of Placido Domingo. Signed on the program page [page 17] by the conductor Placido Domingo and baritone Dwayne Croft who performed and sang the role of U.S. Consul Sharpless The conductor Placido Domingo is better known as an Opera Tenor who later transitioned to Baritone roles. Dwayne Croft sang in 38 roles at the MET.
