This copy has been SIGNED by the author and six other contributors to this publication. This copy is from the library of Sir William Heseltine, the former Principal Private Secretary of PM Robert Menzies and later to Queen Elizabeth II, and bears his bookplate to the front free endpaper. This copy has been dedicated to Sir William, dated and SIGNED by the author to the front pastedown. A lovely collectible piece. Scans available if required.
