In a very good condition. Fine interior, very well preserved. ~ FIRST EDITION. Gisbert Cuper (Gijsbert Kuiper; Gisbertus Cuperus) (1644-1716) was antiquary, philologist and Dutch politician. He was an avid collector; in 1710, he estimated that he had collected 100 volumes of letters, describing this as "a little treasure of paper and literature".
