Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 6-3/8" x 9-1/2", 310pp incl. prelims. Printed on acidic paper and bound in sewn signatures in blue buckram boards. Printed title block on yellow sticker on spine, now damaged at the lower left corner where it is peeling away from the binding. No jacket. Book has been stored in damp conditions, and the back panel is stained / discolored, staining which effects the bottom fore corner of the final 16 pages. Light shelf wear to cover. Red top edge tinting now age discolored / faded to pink. Binding is gently cocked but remains strong. Foxing to fore edge. Pages are gently age toned but clean and unmarked.

First Edition. purple cloth a little sunned at spine, paper label on spine, spine ends worn, binding and text otherwise sound, gift inscription signed by the author on half-title. Curiously, a cutting from the Toronto Star dated 1932 is enclosed, in which the author is cited as co-respondent in a divorce case. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Signed by Author.
