Colophon states that 120 copies printed for the Societe des amis du livre moderne sur les presses a bras de Fequet & Baudier for the text et dans l'atelier de Camille Quesneville por l'impression des cuivres originaux de Robert Jeannisson. Strated in 1939 and finished in 1940. In the original sections which are loose as issued held within thick paper covers and in a slipcase. The slipcase is soiled and worn and has an area of abrasion to one corner. There is spotting to some pages in the text, mainly those with illustrations. There are 40 illustrations in the text, some full page. This volume is numbered 27 of the 120 and was printed for M. Andre Gavoty. Tear to the upper inner corner of the front part of the paper cover. A heavy volume, extra postage may be required to send it outside the UK. Book.
