Generally clean but for one portrait of Henry Gardner, governor elect of Massachusetts which has an early ink drawing of a pipe in his mouth and a few words, otherwise near fine.

The folding map is slightly tanned and there is a small split at the central fold intersection; a few old notations in the spaces provided for memoranda; very attractive.
