INSCRIBED by Eckstein inside front cover. 8vo., 142 pp., bound in publishers green cloth with illustrated black dust jacket. Jacket has some overall fading and soiling with rubbing to tips and edges. Previous owners name inside front cover. Text unmarked. Dust jacket now protected in mylar sleeve. After graduating from Presbyterian College, he was drafted by the Green Bay Packers and later played with Canada's Hamilton Tiger-Cats. He received his Master's and Ph.D. at the Univ of S.C. in psychology, served on the faculty of colleges here and abroad and was the author of many books.

There is no dust jacket,the book is bound by a hard cardboard cover which has become slightly discolored as though it might have sat in the cab of a dusty Indian truck a while. See photo. There is also a small tear along the spine of the upper binding and some wear on the bottom. There is also a small shadow at the bottom of the title page but otherwise the book is solid and the contents fine.
