Condition: Vg. 1st Dutch edition. 436; 507pp Two volumes bound in one with only a front title-page, Originalfull calf binding with fine panelled calf boards but both board detached. 5 Raised band to the spine. A scarce Dutch Latin dictionary from the beginning of the eighteenth century. Beautifully printed on thick paper. Title-page red and black titles. Pierre Danet [1650-1709] was a French Cleric and his monumental work served as the basis for numerous editions in the multiple dictionaries in European languages in the eighteenth century.
