A slim collecton of poems by this California author - the title poem and "Shut-in" both won the San Francisco Redeiell Poetry Cup in 1936 and 1937 respectively. 49 pp. Very near fine in a good dustjacket (tears and edgewear to the dj, missing approx 1 inch at base of dj spine, but it protected the book quite well). Uncommon.

Minor edge wear to the boards with previous owner's name on the inside of the front board, copious notes in pencil to the free end papers in the back of the book. A couple of pages within the text block have check marks on them, and page 49 has a pen mark. An attractive copy that is signed by the author on the first free end paper. Good. Signed by Author(s).
