Large Paperback. Condition: Good. Graves, David (illustrator) (illustrator). Parenting. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. ISBN:0-933701-32-2. This large paperback on common sense child rearing is in good condition. There is minor wear to the edges and corners of the book and cover and some pages are a little loose but all present and clear. There is one mark on the bottom of the pages and a name written inside the cover. Great book! 174 pages.

Condition: Fine. 0 Includes illustrations. This issue of Illustration features the spectacular pulp artwork of Graves Gladney, most famous for his covers for The Shadow magazine. The extensive feature showcases many original Shadow paintings, shot directly from the original art, and presented in full-page reproductions. Most of these paintings have not been reproduced in any other book or magazine for over fifty years, and will be new to even the most jaded pulp art aficionado. The second major feature is on the work of Sandy Kossin, famous for his many paperback and magazine illustrations. Finally, children's artist Nan Pollard displays the paper doll and color book illustrations that made her a legend in the field.

In very good condition. Slip-case normally scuffed at edges and corners. Decorated boards bright, clean and attractive. Text-block clean. Binding tight and intact. Please see photos and ask questions, if any, before purchasing. David Hughes is an artist and illustrator. His work incorporates aspects of illustration, graphic design, photography and animation, and his satirical drawings (often on the themes of "war, politics and social crisis"), have appeared in Punch, The Observer and The New Yorker, as well as being exhibited internationally.
