Le "posizioni" che questa collana vuole investigare, proponendo e mettendo a fuoco punti di vista differenti, districandosi tra le sterminate bibliografie e tentazioni, sono ancora una volta quelle che investono il campo della letteratura, e a maggior ragione in chiave antagonista di tutto ciò che ha sapore di retorica patriottica. Non si tratta certo di riscrivere la storia, ma di praticarla con quel distacco e quella disponibilità che soli consentono di guardare più ai "sommersi" che ai "salvati".
