In very good condition. ĥ Fourth edition, first published in 1929, of a socialist Yiddish school book, richly illustrated. ĥ Published by the International Workers Order, a Jewish mutual self-insurance society founded in New York in 1930, the many illustrations include several portraits of Lenin. ĥ "It appears to be aimed at children who already have vernacular command of Yiddish. The book begins with simple reading practice passages and ends with substantive prose and poetry pieces.
