The book is in generally clean, bright condition. There is a light slant to the spine of the book and the spine ends and corners of the book covers have…some light bumping and rubbing. The text pages are generally clean and bright. There is a previous owner's inked gift notation on the front endpaper. The dust jacket has several tears, including a very long tear to the front flap joint, several small chips missing, and some general wear and tear. "Henry Kelsey (16671724) , was the first European (an Englishman) to visit this area, and arrived in 1690.
