Hardcover. Condition: Fair. 114p; 97p. An oversize hardcover book bound in decorated green cloth. Edges rubbed and covers spotted with stains. Hinges shaken; pages still attached. Apart from occasional fingerprint smudges, the text is clean. Clearly much-used but still in good reading condition. A scarce history of an anti-Catholic, anti-immigrant fraternity for American youth. The second half is titled AMERICAN LANDMARKS: A Collection of Pictures of Our Country's Patriotic Shrines. Illustrated with lots of black and white plates. Measures approx. 12" x 10".
