So enhancing the performance of the 1-bit full adder cell is of prime concern. This book presents the general methodology to modify performance of full adder by adding an extra transistor to the node causing loss. The introduced design of full adder cell remarkably reduces power consumption hence PDP, improves noise immunity and temperature sustainability in comparison to the conventional design. All simulations are performed on 45nm and 90nm standard models on Tanned EDA tool version 12.6. This book, therefore, provides a new metric of implementing high performance technology independent full adder circuit and the Ripple Carry Adder as its application. The analysis should help shed some light on the new and exciting approach for achieving low power and high throughput adder cell and should be especially useful to post graduate students and research scholars in VLSI circuit design field. 76 pp. Englisch.

Quite often, concrete being the most important and widely used material is called upon to possess very high strengt…h and sufficient workability properties. Efforts are being made in the field of concrete technology to develop such concrete with the required special characteristics such as high strength, suitable workability and improved durability. This project is meant to present the results of experimental investigation carried out to evaluate the effectiveness and performance of Self Compacting Concrete with OPC cement in addition of Alccofine 1203 and Fly Ash. In this project we have replaced OPC cement with varying percentages of Alccofine and fly ash to obtain high performance concrete having required properties.12 different mixes in which cement is replaced by fly ash from 24.5 up to 36 % and Alccofine varying in sequence 4 to 10 % have been prepared. The self compacting characteristics are obtained by the use of Poly-Carboxylate based Super plasticizer. All this batches have been tested for compression, flexure and split tensile strengths. 104 pp. Englisch.

With an increase in temperature, cracking is initiated due to thermal incompatibilities between the aggregates and the hardened cement paste.
