Hardcover. Condition: Good +. Dust Jacket Condition: Dustjacket Fair. Reprint. 171 pages including index + 2 family trees. Dustjacket has some surface darkening, particularly to spine, small chipping with light creases with small losses to spine-ends and corners. Hardbakc binding has light wear to spine-ends and boards' corners, top corners are lightly bumped, darkening with some colour shifting to edges, light foxing to page-edges and end-papers. Period B&W illustrations. Very clean pages.

Condition: Very Good. First edition hard back binding in publisher's original grey cloth covers, gilt author and title lettering to the spine. 8vo. 9'' x 6''. Contains 180 + ii printed pages of text with colour frontispiece and monochrome illustrations in the text. Bookplate and name to the front free end paper dated 1943. In Very Good condition, no dust wrapper. Member of the P.B.F.A. BIO (Résumé, Memoir).

Condition: Poor. No jacket. The cover corners are a little bent inwards. Content is lightly tanned. Fine to read and reference throughout, a decent enough but used copy.
