Red, vertical rib-grain cloth over boards with gilt stamped titles on front cover and spine; front cover with central round color photo of Indian maid with feather motif frame. Clean, square covers and spine; covers have been grazed by insects leaving faded appearance along both cover edges; light rubbing wear at spine ends; tightly bound; clean interior; all illustrations present, one appears to have been reattached. 12mo, 328 pp.

Soundly bound in original brown cloth with decorative pictorial title desing to upper board in orange and blue; titles in blue to spine. Text printed in blue ink, numerous accompanying plates and in-text illustrations are all in color. Light bumping and bruising to front corners; light crimping to cloth at spine ends.Trace damp stain to front corner of the page block, not visible to any of the page surfaces. Solid decent copy. VG-.
