The Weminuche Wilderness is located in the in southwestern Colorado with an 80-mile stretch of Continental Divide in its backbone. It is along and either side of the Divide from Stony Pass to Wolf Creek Pass on U.S. 160. North in the Bend are the headwaters of the Rio Grande. With 401,600 acres it is the largest wilderness area in Colorado. It is an area of great beauty and diversity. Includes a laid-in packet with two tri-color foldout maps 18" X 24". Map One includes Hunchback, Columbine, Trimble and Gunsight Passes. Map Two includes Weminuche Pass and Squaw Pass. These six passes run from 10,622 to 12,880 feet in elevation.
