Out of 956 registered patients, 271 were included in the study. Diese S…ichelzellkrankheit verstopft die kleinen Gefäße und verursacht schmerzhafte Anfälle, so genannte vaso-okklusive Attacken unterschiedlicher Lokalisation. Diese Krankheit ist bis zum Beweis des Gegenteils die erste genetisch bedingte Krankheit der Welt; in Mali steigt die Prävalenz der Krankheit von Tag zu Tag. In dieser Arbeit wollten wir einen möglichen Zusammenhang zwischen Hyperretikulozytose und dem Auftreten vasookklusiver Krisen bei Sichelzellpatienten feststellen.Wir haben eine deskriptive Querschnitts- und Analysestudie von Sichelzellpatienten durchgeführt, die vom 15. März bis 31. Dezember 2010 im CRLD behandelt wurden. Von den 956 registrierten Patienten wurden 271 in die Studie aufgenommen. Am Ende dieser Studie fanden wir einen statistisch signifikanten Zusammenhang zwischen Hyperretikulozytose und dem Auftreten vasookklusiver Krisen. 72 pp. Deutsch.

Cette falciformation des globules rouges obstrue les petits va…isseaux entrainant ainsi des crises douloureuses appelées crises vaso-occlusives de localisations variables. Cette maladie reste jusqu'à preuve de contraire la première maladie génétique au monde ; au Mali la prévalence de la maladie ne fait qu'accroitre de jour en jour. Par ce travail nous avons voulu déceler une possible association entre l'hyper-réticulocytose et la survenue des crises vaso-occlusives chez le drépanocytaire.Nous avons mené étude descriptive transversale et analytique portant sur les drépanocytaires suivis au (CRLD) durant la période du 15 mars au 31 décembre 2010. Sur 956 patients inscrits 271 ont été inclus dans l'étude. Au terme de cette étude nous avons mis en évidence une association statistiquement significatif entre l'hyper-réticulocytose et la survenue des crises vaso-occlusives.
