Vintage "Dick Gregory On Poppy" record store poster, designed by acclaimed graphic designer Milton Glaser, for Gregory's 1969 political stand-up comedy album "The Light Side: The Dark Side," released on the Poppy record label. Found in the collections of the National Portrait Gallery and the Museum of Modern Art. Glazer's design, a play off of Gregory's album title "The Light Side: The Dark Side," features a beautiful illustration of Gregory vertically divided into a dark and light side, with the dark side dominating, just ever so much.
