"geographischen Charakterbildern". 42 color card pages & XVI pages with tables, statistics & "geographical character images" Israel appears as part of the Ottoman Empire and Turkey lost it to the British colonialists in 1917. Furthe, the front wrapper says, "Kriegseinband", so it must have been printed during World War One. The leaves are all detached and fragile. The leaves are larger than the scanner's platen so you are not seeing here the entire leaves.
