A VGF or better 5 1/8" x 8 1/8" card that contains scenes from the film on the front along with film credits, synopsis and a behind the scenes story on the reverse side. These cards were part of a subscription series from Images et Loisirs. They were never available as a retail set; the only way to acquire the cards was through subscription with the company. Printed in France, the English version of these cards are extremely scarce. The French version (know as Mr. Cinema) are also highly collectible. Book.

Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Softcover "Printed in the Yeare of our Lord, 1644, Since the 12th, day of June", 170 pages. No boards. The exception to the condition is weak binding, toning, damp staining to the Title page through the Table of Contents with scattered marks in text. A work very seasonable for these times. Digg's eloquent defense of the passive obedience of subjects contends that the king is under law as a moral proposition only, which precludes justifies rebellion. Originally published in 1644 as a defense of Charles II. Sealed in an archival bag.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. Small octavo. Third edition. 141, 152-170, 137-168 pages. Lacking prelims and frontis portrait. Contemporary calf, paper spine label. Foxing and toning. University of Bridgeport stamps to page ends. Originally published in 1643 as a defense of Charles II. Diggs's argued that subjects should provide passive obedience. Even though Diggs does not support the taking up of arms against the king, he does accept that the government is not perfect and that rebels are able to manipulate that aspect in order to get others to rise against it. He notes that the king's position is part of the natural order and God's will. No matter how flawed the government itself is, Digges argues, the alternative of chaos and violence would be much worse.
