Seller: Bolerium Books Inc., San Francisco, CA, U.S.A.Bolerium Books Inc.
Contact seller5-star sellerMagazine. i, 68p., magazine format, 11x8 inches, slick cover with pulp-paper guts. Cover is handled with crimping to margins, contents are mildly acidic and toned, an okay copy that is generally sound and entirely clean and unmarked. Laid in is a flyer on a standard sheet that explains the "free sample" element - printed over "t…he editor's" name which here is Bob Barber, not Dixon. The DWP was based in San Francisco; the crediting within indicates that Marlene Dixon was responsible directly or indirectly for all the content and that Barber was "managing editor".
