The text inside is an excerpt from Italian writer and journalist Italo Calvino, "Porta D'Acqua : Basta riflettere un momento per capire che la porta sul canale collega non a una particolare via acquatica ma a tutte le vie dell'acqua, cioe alla distessa liquida che avvolge tutto il pianeta. E questo che si sene nelle case di Venezia: che la porta terrestre da accesso a una przione di mondo limitata, a un isoltto, mentre la porta sull'acqua da direttamente su una dimensione senza confini."
