Signed and dated 1922 in the plate, along with the title. The image size is 9 5/16 " by 7 3/8". Dolice's etchings of New York City scenes are in high demand. Washington Arch is located in the city's Washington Square Park. The print offered here is a strong impression and is in excellent condition: clean and bright, with no flaws. The etching is archivally matted and ready to be framed in a standard 16" by 20" frame. Etching with aquatint on heavy-weight cream wove paper with a deckle edge, 7 3/8 x 6 inches (186 x 150 mm), full margins. Signed and titled in pencil in the lower margin. In good condition with with inky fingerprints in the margins, and excellent tonality, with all the fine lines printing clearly. Some areas of adhesive residue on the verso from a former mount, well outside of image area.

Etching on medium stock, cream wove paper, 5 15/16 x 10 3/16 inches (151 x 259 mm), full margins. Edition of 50 approximately. Signed and titled in pencil, lower margin. A fine and detailed impression in dark bluish green ink. Scattered light handing wear, as well as scattered light surface soiling. One 1/4 inch oblong area of light yellow discoloration extending slightly into the image area, upper right margin. Extremely minor corner loss (1/8 inch), lower right corner. Non-archival mounting stains on verso consisting of 5 spots of adhesive residue, which are visible to a very minor degree on the recto, each is smaller than a dime. A lovely, atmospheric impression, aside from the regular edition of 50 signed and numbered prints.
