A brand new, most handsome example (entry number two hundred and fifty-three in Richard Axsom and David Platzker's "Printed Stuff: Prints, Posters, and Ephemera by Claes Oldenburg - A Catalogue Raisonné 1958-1996") from the deluxe edition limited to two hundred and fifty copies NUMBERED (200/250) AND BOLDLY SIGNED by both Oldenburg and Van Bruggen in pencil on the rear colophon containing the 11 ¼ x 8 ¼" color lithograph entitled "Sketch for a Sculpture in the Form of a Dress Collar and Tie, with Stud" (a preliminary study for their monumental project to be installed in front of Frank O. Gehry's Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles in 2005) SIGNED AND DATED "C.O. '94", AND NUMBERED (200/250) in pencil on the recto laid in a paper portfolio, in the publisher's slipcase, as issued.
