The bottom of the book has been damp at some time, there is a little staining along the bottom edges of the pages in the second half of the book and there are small pieces torn from the bottom edges of three pages where they have stuck together. Several pages also have small corner creases. Brown spotting to the inside of the front cover and a two inch crease to the bottom corner of the rear cover.
