Vancouver: Mitchell Press, 1967. 135 pp.When a gently reared English girl from India is thrown upon her own resources by her father's death to sink or seim in the world, its ould be the height of improbability that she should get out logs and personally run a sawmill in an isolated Western Ontario bush camp on the obscure P.D. Railway. Cover has a bit of scuffing, a small bit of edgewear, a couple of 1/4" tears near top of spine. Forest green paper on boards is in lovely condition with perhaps a bit of sun fading along the bottom edge. No former owner's name. Text is clean and unmarked. Dj looks good in plastic cover. By Author. HC and DJ. V. Good/Good.

Dustwrapper, designed by Georgianna Greenwood, unclipped (priced $15.00, with white sticker over price), with trivial surface wear, and light rubbing and tanning to spine ends and extremities; Very Good. Dorothea Lange wanted to capture her California cabin for her grandchildren, and Mitchell continued this photograph collection in memoriam of Lange (1899-1965).
