Published in January 1904, this is a 156 page hardback trade catalogue from Down Bros Ltd. illustrating some of their range of surgical instruments and appliances, measuring 9.75 inches tall approx. The covers are generally darkened with staining, marking and some surface paper loss on spine and corners, internally staining to inner edge of front cover and title page, this staining affects the first 10 or so pages before disappearing, last few pages unopened along leading edge, some marking to endpapers else in good acceptable condition.…

Hardcover. Condition: Poor. No Jacket. No publication date. 3028 pages plus lxxvii index. Covers are detached and are a basic replacement of card and tape! Most of the rear index pages are detached and very creased and frayed (otherwise called tatty!). Interior starts at title page, which is very tatty and attached to front board by medical tape. First 20 or so pages are also tatty. The vast majority of the interior pages are good however, making this an adequate working or reference volume.
