Undated, but based on the paper and Hartshorn's printed address, likely dating from the last decade of the 19th century. Promotes a typical snake oil cure-all,…complete with testimonials from all over New England. Not vanishingly rare, but we note fewer than half a dozen copies in library holdings, mostly at The Library Co. of Philadelphia and University of Rochester.
