America's Part in the War. 7 x 9 inches, 551 pages, in red cloth-covered boards with gilded Statue of Liberty decoration on front cover and gilt title and liberty bell on spine. Illustrated with numerous reproductions from official photos, as well as maps and drawings. Boards show shelf wear, faded color on spine, lightly bumped corners. Text edges lightly foxed and soiled. Inside cover, first few pages show light foxing, mild damp wrinkling along top edge. Previous owner's name on fep. Boards and text are clean, complete and unmarked, no tears, chipping or creasing, not ex libris. Hinges are intact and binding remains firm.
