Pamphlet. Condition: Very good. First Edition. Stiff cloth wrappers, bright gilt titles, 4 1/2 x 7 1/4, 105 clean pp., frontispiece illustration of the church. Some old spotting to the back cover. This begins with the history of Christian churches in Germantown, on the outskirts of Philadelphia, leading up to the establishment of the Presbyterian Church, and then gives a more detailed history of that church. Forms of Worship and the church Constitution conclude the book.
