    Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Andrew Ducat was an England and Surrey cricketer and an England football player, being one of an elite group to have represented their country in both sports. The book is based of the author's 25 years experience the Surrey Country Club. It deals with every aspect of batting, bowling and fielding. 159 pages 18 cm. No date but 1933. Illustrated throughout with b/w photos. An apparently unread copy, darkening to the front end-papers and tiny holes to the front inner hinge. The jacket with light edge wear with a few m/m loss along the upper edge near the spine tips. The corners of the jacket's fold-over bruised with a little loss. Spine tips with loss just touching the title areas. Priced at 4s 6d. on the jacket.

    Condition: Fair. 1933. No Edition Remarks. 159 pages. No dust jacket. Beige cloth. Signed bookplate of B.J.Wakley, cricket collector and author of "Bradman the Great", to front pastedown. Black and white photographic plates. Noticeable foxing and tanning to pages and plates. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Visible crack to rear pastedown and front hinge. Noticeable staining to gutters. Binding remains firm. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with noticeable staining, tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with soft splitting and crushing to ends. Book has a slight forward lean.
