Boards have moderate edge wear with rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends, with fraying cloth and small splits. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Moderate tanning to spine. Board corners are bumped.

A little spotting to the endpapers to include the title page and some more notable spotting to the endpapers that I would not classify as heavy but nevertheless present - some of which affects the leading margins of some pages. The head and tail of the spine along with several corners - a little bumped and rubbed. Over all - a very good copy of a scarce publication.
