Deze bundel redevoeringen uitgesproken bij de huldiging van Marnix Gijsen in het Huis Osterrieth op de 21ste van de maand November 1959 te Antwerpen is, op verzoek van de gastheer Maurits Naessens, gedrukt op de persen van Joh. Enschedé en Zonen in Haarlem en met medewerking van de Linotype and Machinery Ltd te Londen gezet uit hun (toen) nieuwe letter Juliana hier voor het eerst getoond in een Nederlandse tekst. S.L. Hartz ontwierp de letter en verzorgde dit boek. Van dit boekje zijn de exemplaren 1 en 2 de Koningin der Nederlanden en de Koning van België aangeboden. Nummer 3 was bestemd voor Marnix Gijsen. Noot LT: het boekje was nooit in de handel. As new/comme neuf/wie neu/als nieuw.
