    Hardback. Condition: Acceptable. No Jacket. First Edition. Hardback bound in blue cloth covered boards with gilt title on the spine. Defects are mainly limited to the cover as the only defect internally is former owner's name inside the front cover. The cover has 2 spot where insects have cut 1/2" slots in the outer cutter. The title on the spine is faded and there is rubs along portions on the cover edges. Book's frontis is photo of the State Fair in Sioux City. There are other black & white photos that depict the people and events that have been beneficial in the 52 year progress in the county. 552 pages.
