Condition: Good. 1959. 270 pages. Blue jacket over red cloth. Inscription and insert to front endpaper. Pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with light foxing. Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Light wear to clipped dust jacket with tears, nicks and creases to spine, edge and corners. Jacket is tanned all over.

First Edition
Hardcover. Condition: Near fine. First Edition. Adelaide, [The Author, 1958]. Octavo, x, 270 pages. Cloth lettered in black on the front cover; endpapers unevenly tanned; a near-fine copy. We have previously catalogued a copy with a Christmas 1958 inscription. We also have on record that the edition was limited to 250 copies, but we can no longer find evidence for this claim (nor remember how we came by the information!). Records in Trove suggest there is an edition circa 1938, but we believe this is merely an incorrect dating of this publication.
