Leather. Condition: Good. Unamed (illustrator). A genealogical collection concerning the upper echelons of British society. With interesting notes and amendments in ink by 'Crawfurd', stated to be the son of Lord Crawfurd, who gained possession of the manuscript before the death of its compiler, Mr Maidment. "Impression, 69 Copies, of which 6 Copies are printed on Whatman Paper. No 43." With the bookplate of Stanley Leonard Barry of Hampton Gay Manor, Oxfordshire. Very scarce. In a quarter crushed morocco binding over paper boards. Externally, rubbed with some heavier wear to extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are spotted towards beginning and end but vast majority are very bright and clean indeed. Booksellers sticker to rear pastedown. Good. book.
