Early newspaper clipping ("Consumption of Morphine Cut Down 85 Pct.") laid in between pp. 24 and 25, leaf of manuscript notes in pencil (inscribed on both sides) taken during a 1934 lecture by the author, paperclipped to terminal two terminal leaves (paperclip removed).
