The contents clean and tight, bound in a contemporary plain green cloth with gilt title to upper covers and spines with vol numbers, some fading to the gilt to the spines. The cloth clean and the binding tight with no splits. An important periodical on gamekeeping giving an insight game shooting prior to the second world war. Articles on keepering, poaching, "hints for the month", rearing, driving, guns, dogs etc. Illustrated throughout, from photographs and drawings, also a variety of related adverts many illustrated. £760.
