Uncommon to find a signed copy! 8vo., decorative printed blue wraps, 92 pages. First Edition. Signed presentation from Ensign on the upper corner on the verso of the front cover: "To the Foundation for Coast Guard History, Here's another chapter in our long and prosperous history. Enjoy. Eric S. Ensign- June 2001." The lessons of history are important tools in formulating the strategy, policy, and tactics to protect our national interests.
