Pages clean and free of marks throughout. No tears, creases or notes. Very light smudging from handling in a few places on the page edges, but it is barely noticable. A darker smudge to the page edges, at the foot of the corner, but it is only visible if you turn the book upside down. Overall very good condition. A comprehensive history of early Virginia records.
