The dust jacket is faded along the spine, there is a small chip to the top of the front panel, and there is a 1964 postage stamp on the front free endpaper. "Roxana, edited and introduced by Mrs. Jane Jack, is reprinted from the British Museum copy of the rare first edition of 1724.
