Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. PETER PAUPER PRESS THE LITTLE BOOK OF FAMOUS INSULTS ILLUSTRATED BY F. KREDEL 1964 DJ. The Peter Pauper Press has a knack for publishing interesting and engaging little books and this one is a very good example. Please find on offer here: The Little Book of Famous Insults, edited by Betty Jo Ramsey with illustrations by Fritz Kredel. This small hard cover book (4 ½ x 7 ½ inches, 60 pages) was published in 1964 from the publisher s base in Mount Vernon, New York. The book is bound in both covers and dust jacket decorated with thorny vines and green title panels. Condition: This book is in very good condition. There is a small crease along the spine of the dust jacket and the spine itself is slightly darkened. It is also price-clipped. The covers are clean and bright, unbumped and quite attractive. Inside, there is a very lightly penciled presentation note on the front endpaper but that is the only mark I found. The interior pages and the artist s drawings are all clean and bright. Both hinges are fully intact, and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
