Colour thin dustjacket which is heavily worn around with splits which has been taped to splits and tears where possible. 144 pages (1 inch thick.) Colour plates an B&W line illustrations within text. Clean red background hardback binding with moderate wear to boards' corners and spine-ends with black decoration to edges of front board and a picture of a 1st WW soldier running forward with a bayonet.Light browning in places to endpapers and to page-edges with a sprinkle of foxing o/w pages clean and tidy.
