Condition: Good. 1947. First Edition. 48 pages. Dust jacket over paper covered boards. Pages and binding are presentable with no major defects. Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Overall a good condition item. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Clipped jacket has moderate edgewear with chips, tears, and creasing. Notable foxing. Heavy rubbing and marking all over. Mild water staining to rear panel.

Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges.

Contains 48 printed pages of text with sepia and monochrome illustrations throughout. Some tan age spots to the ivory panels and early pages. Near Very Good condition book in Poor condition dust wrapper with 65 mm piece of paper missing to the foot of the front panel, shelf rubs to the rear panel, not price clipped 7/6.
