Signed: Edna Eby Heller on title page with address stamp (Hershey, Pa 60c Postpaid). Cover has light edge wear, especially along spine edge, printed on glossy paper with black/white photographs. Pages 38/39 have tanned due to newspaper clipping: "Virtues of Veal by Craig Claibourne - The New York Times Magazine - August 31, 1958" (laid in). A fine selection of traditional Dutch recipes updated with standardized measurements.
