Dos légèrement insolés. Édition originale fort rare, procurée par la veuve de l'auteur, Georgina Alicia Lee (1809-1904), épousée en 1832 à Londres. Charles-Édouard Colmache (1795-1846) fut en effet le secrétaire de Talleyrand depuis 1820 et surtout lors de sa mission diplomatique à Londres en 1830 ; il y arriva le 6 septembre 1830 et y demeura même après le retour du prince en France (4 décembre 1834), pour liquider les affaires courantes (vente de l'hôtel occupé lors de l'ambassade et déménagement des archives, mobiliers et divers effets laissés sur place). Les Reminiscences furent republiées ensuite sous le titre plus racoleur de Revelations of the life of Prince Talleyrand (Londres, Colburn, 1850).Curieusement aucun exemplaire de cette originale au CCF (il y a en revanche des exemplaires de la seconde édition).
