Black & white illustrations and dust jacket by Edward Ardizzone. On front loose endpaper is the Surrealist bookplate of Andrew Murray. Clipped Dust wrapper is worn, top and bottoms edges frayed with tears the largest being 4cm, another is 3cm; small pieces missing and some tape on verso. The cover has very light damp stain. Inside very good, clean. Loosely inserted is The Scottish Arts Council label for an exhibition, in which this copy was lent for. Size: 22 x 14 cm (8 x 5 inches).
