He was a notable local figure in the late 1880s, active in the community, and involved with the Pejepscot Historical Society. This lovely pocket vol…ume has all 59 pages intact, mild foxing, with wear on spine and boards. 3 1/2 by 4 inches. The intact map of Topsham and Brunswick is attached to the flyleaves, additionally, there are several advertisements at the end of the volume that fully enhance its charm and add to the historical context. Very rare Minerva finds 3 copies held. Signed by Author(s).
